• Payment Terms: Fees for services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable unless stated in our cancellation policy.

• Refunds for Workshops and Programs: Refunds for workshops and programs may be issued if cancellation is made within the agreed-upon timeframe according to workshop terms, as outlined in the specific service agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Therapy Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a late cancellation fee specified in the therapy consent form.

• Coaching and Workshops: Cancellations must be made according to the timeline specified in the service agreement before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
